Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance. Payment must be made in full via PayNow to UEN 202016799Z to secure the booking. Strictly no refunds will be given under any circumstances after payment is made. Delivery charges of $15 applies. Additional $10 charges applies to CBD, Town Area, shopping malls, hotels, Sentosa and Tuas area. We allow for a one-time postponement for a notice made at least 7 days in advance.

Platter With Love reserves the right to replace ingredients due to supply shortage due to unforeseen circumstances, without compromising on the quality of the product. Our ingredients are subjected to changes due to seasonal nature and availability. It is the responsibility of the clients to inform us of any dietary requirement at the point of ordering. While we do our best to cater to these requests, please note that not every request is possible. Additional charges may also apply.

To enjoy maximum freshness and for your safety, all food should be consumed within one hour of delivery if left unrefrigerated. Please keep it refrigerated if you intend to have it later and consume it by the time indicated on the box. After which, Platter with Love will not be held accountable for the freshness of the food.

We value creativity and take pride in handcrafting each and every of our platter boxes. Every box is unique and no two boxes will look exactly same. We seek your understanding that the presentation of food may vary slightly from the point of plating to the time of consumption due to movements during delivery. We are certified by Singapore Food Agency and we adhere to strict hygiene standards.
